How the Pricing Works
We generally base our prices on the cubic volume removed. As you add to the load, the price will rise accordingly – and yet, we’re more cost-effective than dumpsters. For example, if you’re considering filling your own bag from the hardware store, you may be surprised to learn that we’re actually cheaper. By the time you buy the bag and pay to have it picked up, you could have our team handle the debris removal and spare your back in the process.

Compared to the Other Guys
Regardless of load size, it’s important to consider the cost per square yard. Take our competitor with the blue trucks….. those blue trucks look huge, but they hold less than 14 cubic yards. We move 20 yards or even more in a single load. When calling around for prices, remember to ask how big the trucks are in addition to what the price is. We're also fully insured to protect your property, and all of our workers are protected by Worker's Compensation, so there's zero liability for you. One thing our customers love is that we do what we say we will. When you hire our team, you can trust us to get the job right the first time around.

Free On-Site Estimates
We offer free on-site estimates so that you’ll know what to expect. We can typically provide you with a firm, fair price. If we mess up and underbid the job, then that's on us and your price won't change. However, if we get it wrong and overbid the job, then we’ll slide the price down when the work is done. We’ve sat through high-pressure presentations before, and we don’t care for them. That’s why we offer no-obligation consultations. We’ll let you know what the price is and then let you make the decision on booking right away, waiting for a later time, or getting back with us in the future if you decide to move forward. Of course, we hope that you'll choose our team, but you'll be treated with respect regardless of your final decision.

The Big Day
On the day of the job, our friendly crew will arrive with all the necessary tools and other supplies. You can expect our workers to introduce themselves to you so that you’ll know who’s on the property at all times. If you’ve opted to have an estimate done at the same time as the job, then they’ll start with the estimate. Otherwise, they’ll review the scope of work with you and get started on the cleanout. When the work is done, they’ll collect payment from you and then be on their merry way.

What Sets Us Apart
Sometimes it’s hard to turn a big cleanout over to someone because you may believe that there are valuables hidden in the stacks. We also have had customers who are looking for specific items and hope that they’ll appear as the cleanout progresses. Something that really sets us apart on household and estate cleanouts is that we’ll bring any items of value to you. Most junk haulers view these treasures as a great source of additional income, but we believe that the homeowner/ family should have the first option at keeping them. We have found and returned guns, cash, jewelry, coin and stamp collections, and more. We also routinely find items that could be of great sentimental value, including genealogy materials, pictures, WWII uniforms pieces and other goodies. We always present them to the family before loading them on the truck, and most people where thrilled that the items were located and returned.

If you’re working on a big cleanup, don’t hesitate to call us for a free on-site consultation. We have friendly crew members, and we might even make the process fun for you. Call today and see for yourself why we have a solid 5-star rating.
